Thanks for thinking of this! If you or anyone in your family are unable to attend, please follow the instructions in your confirmation email to either cancel or change your RSVP. This will allow any spaces you are not planning to use be opened up for someone else.

Yes! Base Camp will be provided for children 3 months- 5th grade at all services. Be sure to RSVP for your children too! More information about Children's Ministry policies is available here. Please make note that, in order to accommodate as many children as we are safely able to, we cannot guarantee your spot in Children's Ministry if you arrive more than ten minutes after the service begins so be sure to arrive as close to the start of service as you can!

Due to capacity limits of each service, there is a possibility that the RSVPs will fill up. If that is the case, we would encourage you to attend a different service time or another campus. If space and RSVPs are available in main service, but not in your child’s age group, your child is more than welcome to join you in the Sanctuary for main service. You can also participate in one of our online services available on-demand every Sunday beginning at 7 a.m.

The Herndon campus will also be streaming the in-person service on the lawn outside of the Annex. An RSVP will not be required to watch here, but spaces are first come, first serve. Blankets will be available for this space or you can bring your own chair with you!

Yes, we are requiring that everyone 2 years of age and older wear masks while inside the building. If you do not have one, we will be happy to provide you with one. Once children ages 2-5 years are in their classrooms, masks will not be required. (However, if parents desire for their preschooler to continue to wear their mask,  our volunteers will do their best to help facilitate that.)

At each campus, we will provide distanced waiting markers as you enter both Children’s Ministry spaces and the Sanctuary. In the Sanctuary, every other row will be available for spaced seating. We will have coffee stations available around each campus with instructions for minimizing surface contact. We ask for everyone’s help to make those around you feel comfortable!

We are sorry you’re not feeling well! We ask that you stay home. If you are or someone in your household is exhibiting any symptoms of illness, we ask that you do not come to service. In addition, if you or someone you’ve been in close contact with has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend services for 14 days following your most recent interaction with them.

It’s challenging to keep masks on kids! We ask that you do your best to have children ages 2 and up wear masks in common spaces; children 2-5 can remove masks once in classrooms. These guidelines were set up in line with Central Florida area preschools and Orange and Seminole Counties’ public school guidelines. Our hope is that staying consistent with other environments your child is likely accustomed to will allow for easier implementation.

All children and volunteers will have their temperature checked before entering the Base Camp area. Volunteers will be wearing masks and will encourage elbow bumps or foot taps instead of high fives. Hand sanitizer will be available in all classrooms and there will be multiple hand-washing times for children. Snacks will be distributed while wearing gloves.

All soft toys or items that cannot be easily sanitized will be removed from classrooms. Classroom supplies (pencils, crayons, markers, scissors, etc.) will be swapped out in between services. All surfaces and toys will be wiped down in between services by volunteers and Base Camp staff.

Each classroom's maximum capacity has been set based on the space available in the individual room and ranges from 6-18 children per room. RSVPs will allow for Base Camp staff to keep our classrooms under the set capacities. Classrooms will not mix during service.
